The UP/UPC Committee (the Unitary Patent and Unified Patent Court Committee) supports the President, the Executive Committee, and the members of the Association in relation to all matters concerned with the Unitary Patent System and the Unified Patent Court.

The UP/UPC Committee monitors developments within the Unitary Patent and Unified Patent Court (the UP/UPC) System and fosters relationships with key partners to enable dissemination of authoritative information about the UP/UPC to the APTMA membership. 

The UP/UPC Committee consists of representatives from the membership in private practice and working in industry.
