The Design & Copyright Committee monitors all aspects of Irish design law and practice, and those aspects of copyright law and practice that intersect with the typical work of members of the Association. The Committee’s objective is to assist and inform members of the Association of issues and changes of practice or law that may arise, and to liaise with the Intellectual Property Office of Ireland (the IPOI) to help improve the design registration process and the protection and enforcement of design rights and copyright in Ireland  for members of the Association.
