The Trade Mark Law and Practice Committee considers all aspects of trade mark law and practice. Its objectives are to assist members of the Association in dealing with issues that may arise in this area; update members with regard to changes in law and practice in Ireland and before the European Union Intellectual Property Office; to liaise with the Irish and European Union Intellectual Property Offices and other governmental bodies and third party bodies with the aim of improvement and efficiencies in the protection and enforcement of trade mark rights in Ireland and the European Union for members of the Association and trade mark owners.
