The Patent Law Committee considers all aspects of Irish patent law and practice, and its objective is to assist and inform members of the Association of issues and changes of practice or law that may arise, and to liaise with the Intellectual Property Office of Ireland (the IPOI) to help improve the patent application process and the protection and enforcement of patent rights in Ireland  for members of the Association.
