Unified Patent Court Update

An important milestone has just been reached: the ‘UPC’ Bill was introduced in the Dail yesterday setting out the proposed amendment to the Constitution for the upcoming June referendum.

We can only echo the concluding words of the debate from An Ceann Comhairle and congratulate everyone involved in that piece of important work.
