ask for their support and they responded immediately with sponsorship".

Michael McShane R.I.P.
Michael McShane, a Life Member of the Association and a former
Partner in FRKelly passed away on February 19 2009. Michael was
one of the first members of the Association and it was due mainly
to his efforts in 1976 and those of Andrew Parkes, the Association
for the first time developed a proper set of written Rules and a
Code of Conduct for its members. It was also at the behest of Michael
McShane that the Association became a nominating body on the Industrial
Panel for Seanad Eireann elections.
