Oireachtais Joint Committee on Enterprise, Trade and Employment Issue a Report on the Unified Patent Court

The Committee have issued a report recommending expediting the timing of the required referendum and also putting the necessary preparatory plans in place for establishing and hosting a local division of the UPC.  The submissions made by APTMA feature in the report in the section beginning on page 20 and a joint survey completed by APTMA and Ibec are discussed on page 29.
